Most professional projectors begin around 5,000 lumens, while 10,000 lumens or more is ideal for stage shows or screenings. We offer rental projectors ranging from 5,200 to 21,000 lumens for large or high-impact events.

A white wall can work for simple setups, but a projection screen really makes a difference—it’s brighter, sharper, and looks more professional. Most screens have about 1.2 gain, which helps colors and details pop. For film screenings, a rear projection screen gives a clean, polished look. A short-throw lens can do it from around 8 feet, and an ultra short-throw from about 4 feet.
